Are abdominal exercises safe during pregnancy? Yes they are safe for those women who aregoing through normal pregnancy. According to the American College of Obstetricsand Gynecologists, daily exercise of thirty minutes can really help in keepingyou to stay fit and healthy. If you are having any of the chronic disease thenyou might not be advised to do exercises. Asthma, heart disease and diabeticpatients are not advised to do hard exercises or even moderate.
