Hi all,

I'm not very into baking as baking needs more time and skills. As I'm not really a good cook. Dessert

Most of the desserts do not need long preparation time!

Today I would like to share a simple and easy dessert recipe!

Low Fat Chocolate Pudding



1 Pack of Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free (Chocolate Fudge)

2 Cups of Low Fat Milk. (recommended chocolate milk)


1. Beat all the above ingredients for 2 minutes.

2. Spoon into container and store in the fridge over night.

3. Vola! Chocolate Pudding is ready to be served.

Strongly recommend to serve strawberries or bananas!

Maybe can try this recipe too. Kids love it. Trust me :) Chocolate milk pudding.

Ingredient part A:

150g castor sugar

30g corn flour

30g cocoa powder

Pinch of salt

500ml Dutch Lady Chocolate UHT milk

100ml heavy cream

4 no A size egg yolks

Ingredient part B:

120g cooking chocolate chunks

1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon butter


1. In a large stainless steel bowl, whisk A and add in 120ml of chocolate milk, add in egg yolks one at a time, keep whisking until emulsified.

2. Pour the remaining milk and cream into a saucepan, and bring the liquid to boil and remove from heat, let cool for 2-3 minutes and pour into egg mixture until blended.

3. Transfer the mixture to another saucepan and cook over slow heat, keep stirring until the mixture thickens, remove from heat and strain it with strainer to achieve a smoother texture.

Add in B and stir until chocolate melts. Scope into small dessert glass and refrigerate it before serving.
