Just to share something i Cook for our dinner last week.. Sweet & spicy crab (which is both me & hubby\'s favourite ) + curry chicken to go with bread... yummy...

Made these blueberry cake (for my friend's belated bday)+ some chiffon cupcakes over the weekend.... and at the same time try out my decorating skills I guess can consider okok la...

i love cooking too. Shall take pic of my cooking from now onwards. We can always share our recipe if keen on any dishes.

My 1st time making fish balls!

Scrape meat minus bones & skin
Add flour (i only added 4 teaspoons for a kg+ fish) & water (& seasoning if preferred, I go without it)
Add chopped garlic, onion &/or ginger (optional)
Mixed to the consistency preferred
Apply pressure to hit & throw the paste to make it "Q"
Steam for 10 mins
Ready to eat

over the past few weekends i did made something but jst no time yet to post it here only.... and also bcoz i am still trying to find a way to post the pix without any problem.. hehehe

naa... it's not difficult to make. i'm done from a whole fish to ready-to-eat fishball in less than an hr. i dislike those sold, always tonnes of salt added.

i can't download attachments too.... some can't even view. i seek the moderators' help but they seems to be MIA.

ya me too same problem... & dono where all the moderators MIA to.... no respond at all.... the last time they every responded to my issue is very long ago... they took like 1mth+ to tell me they have rectify this problem and ask me to retry... but when i reply back say still the same... till now already 1 month oso belum reply me...

Also 1st time making, Crispy Garlic Bread...

1 Garlic, 1/2 onion & 3 spoons butter into blender
Spread on bread
Bread is to be cut into bite size/size preferred
Pop into the oven (heat 80, time 5.5 mins)
Ready to eat
