As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be a problem-solver, troubleshooter, billing expert and more. All while working remotely from the convenience of your home. Responsibilities: Manage daily task and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets Handle high volume of tickets and calls in an efficient, effective and friendly manner Answer customer questions regarding account information, order status, return status, product information, policies, procedures, site navigation and payments Makes a genuine effort to meet the needs of the customer and make their experience pleasant Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customer Utilize available resources to efficiently handle customer requests Providing excellent Customer Service Requirements: Prior experience within a retail or customer service environment preferred.
