  1. It is better not to eat sushi or any other kind of fish during pregnancy. Yes but if you are craving for sushi then eat fully cooked one.

    I had tried yoga during my pregnancy and it was very fun to do it.It will help you a lot during labor pain. Yes but first you have to take doctors advice on when to start yoga and how long you can do it.
